Healing Health began with a simple observation: the people most interested in their health are served the worst information about it. Past sixty, the reading gets grim — patronizing advice, panicked headlines, and miracle promises in equal measure. Readers deserved better: a publication that takes both the science and its audience seriously.
So that is what we make. We read the studies — the full papers, not the press releases — and translate them into plain, direct English. We cover the questions our readers actually ask: why weight loss stalls, what protects muscle and bone, which natural ingredients have real evidence behind them and which are riding a good story. We write about women’s health in midlife and beyond as a main subject, not a sidebar.
